Who: Sue Triggs-Rhuda
What: Certified Photo Manager & Owner of Modern Memorykeeper Photo Organizing
Where: Greater Boston, Massachusetts.

I have loved stories and photos and books my whole life. I could sit for hours looking at old albums and listening to stories from my parents and grandparents. I’ve spent countless hours documenting my own story and that of my family and friends through photographs, words and memorabilia.
My dad and grandad both worked for Eastman Kodak Co. so to say there were a lot of photos around growing up is an understatement -if you had rolls of film in your freezer as a kid- you are in good company here! I am the official “Family Archivist” for both sides and am working my way through family scrapbooks, slides, and memorabilia, some things well over 100 years old. I’m excited to be able to preserve these photos for the generations to come, and to be able to contribute some of our family’s documents to organizations and museums to help tell the stories of the communities my ancestors helped to build.
My professional career started with an undergrad degree in “Clothing Studies” and has included 20 years in apparel design and product management. An itch to try something different with my design and management skills led me to a graduate degree in Interior Design and more design and project management experience as a Commercial Interior Designer. I continued to hone my project management and design skills with freelance, contract and volunteer work. My wealth of design and project management skills have been invaluable in my photo organizing business. I am thrilled to be able combine a lifetime of expertise in various fields to help you organize your family photos and preserve your family memories. And yes, I still do a good deal of volunteer work!
I live north of Boston, Massachusettes empty nesting with my fabulous hubby while our twin girls are at college. When I’m not working to help people organize their photos, I’m hanging out with friends, making magic out of fabric and yarn, attempting to garden, walking the dog, and spending time at the beach. I love living near the ocean, in the footsteps of my New England ancestors, and in my favorite part of the country.
I can’t wait for the opportunity to help you with your photo organizing projects!
