We offer three levels of service for our clients, keeping in mind that some projects may shift between 2, or all 3 levels during the course of a project. We want this to be a joyful fulfilling process for you as you rediscover your stories.
DIY With a Plan
Are you a Do-It-Yourself, roll up your shirtsleeves kind of person? Do you like to work independently on projects and have the time, energy, and interest to work on managing your own Memory Library? Are you working with a smaller budget? Modern Memory keeper can work with you to review your family archives and develop a step by step action plan. We can suggest the best practices and resources to help you make your project a success. You’ll work independently after our initial meetings with your plan, and follow-up meetings and progress check-ins can be worked into your plan to help keep you on track.
Side by Side Coaching
Are you ready to dip your toe in organizing your photos and memorabilia but want to have undivided coaching attention from your photo organizer? Do you have some time and a larger budget for these projects? Work side by side with me learning tips, tricks, and best practices to preserve your memories and ideas on how to tell your stories. You’ll be able to ask questions and enjoy immediate feedback and guidance during work sessions. We’ll share tasks and decide together which tasks will be completed by you the client and which by me, the photo organizer. Coaching clients value the one on one learning time and personal attention this level of service provides while still retaining some hands-on DIY work.
Bespoke Client Services
Do you value having your photos, memorabilia, and media preserved by a professional, organized, and presented to be able to share with family and friends? Do you have no time but a larger budget to put toward your Family Photo Collection?
